Why book direct rather than on Airbnb or Booking?
Our Airbnb and Booking prices include a markup to cover their commission. Booking direct, you pay about 13% less than on Airbnb and 15% less than on Booking, and you deal with us directly.
How does payment work?
50% at booking and the balance 7 days before arrival, charged automatically. Tourist tax is added at the local rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 5 days before arrival, 50% up to the day before, no refund on the day of arrival or for a no-show.
Is there a security deposit?
An €300 card pre-authorisation is taken the day before arrival and released 5 days after departure. Nothing is charged unless damage is found.
